Frequently asked questions

How quickly are my API requests processed?

Each file that's being processed will run at 2k-4k requests / min. Enterprise customers can achieve significantly higher throughput (10k+ / min). We can provide custom plans for you if you have unique requirements.

What data can the Listing Leopard API provide?

We currently offer search, inventory (offer), review, product, and seller storefront data.

Is the data cached?

No. All data provided is guaranteed to be live and accurate.

How am I charged?

For product page requests, 1 Request / ASIN. For a request involving pagination, 1 Request / Page. Failed requests won't incur any charges. Your billing cycle begins on the day you sign up and is renewed monthly from that date. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your billing cycle will renew on the 15th of the following month.

What if I exceed my billing periods quota?

If you exceed your quota, additional requests will be billed automatically in $20 increments. You can disable overages on your account and view your usage and billing history in your account dashboard.

How long are my results available for?

Results are downloadable for 90 days, after which they are deleted. If you need to retain results beyond this timeframe, please contact us.

Can your inventory API endpoint reveal inventory quantities > 999?

Yes, however, coverage varies depending on the ASIN and seller. We can't offer true inventory count for sellers with quantity limits.

How long do I have to wait to hear back from support?

We respond to most emails in an hour or two. Enterprise customers can receive priority phone support.

Can you provide custom features to Enterprise customers?

Of course. Some examples of custom features we can provide include screenshots, custom data fields, storage options (ex: your own S3 bucket or database), increased throughput, and more! Please contact us to discuss further.
